We request personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and service location (collectively “Information”) solely for the purpose of contacting you and providing the taxi services you have requested via our website or lead forms. We will only use the Information for this limited purpose and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, share, rent or trade the Information collected about you. We may disclose Information to taxi/rideshare partners that we work with only as necessary to fulfill your requested service. In such cases we obtain partner agreements to protect your data in line with this policy.

Taxi Service Rate Policy
Fares
Fares are subject to change based on supply and demand. Fares may fluctuate to reflect the real-time market price for rides during periods of high demand.
Bookings
Advance bookings are required for all rides. A non-refundable booking fee will be charged at the time of booking. If the booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the booking fee will be forfeited.
If a scheduled ride is canceled by the customer after the driver has arrived at the requested pickup location, a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated fare will be charged.
One-Way Trips Outside of Nagpur
For one-way trips with a pickup location outside of Nagpur city limits, 50% of the estimated one-way trip fare must be paid as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If the trip is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the deposit will be forfeited.
Surge Pricing
During times of exceptionally high demand for rides, surge pricing may take effect. Surge pricing applies a multiplier to the base fare rate to encourage more drivers to become available. Customers will be notified of the surge multiplier before confirming a ride during surge conditions.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. Cash payments are also accepted. Tips are not required but are appreciated by drivers. Receipts will be emailed to the email address on file following the completion of a ride.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for the following:
- Tolls and parking incurred during the trip
- Damage or excessive mess requiring cleaning or repair
- Lost item return fee if an item is left in a vehicle
Modifications
We reserve the right to change fares, apply surge pricing, and modify other rate policies at any time in order to maintain availability of drivers and balance supply and demand across our transportation network. Up-to-date rates and pricing policies are available on our website.
